Great central location and well-equipped rooms at reasonable rates. the pool was refreshing and the staff were friendly and helpful. A good selection of nearby restaurants and shops were within walking distance.
The overall condition of the hotel could be improved, with some areas looking rundown and in need of upkeep. the breakfast was mediocre and lacked variety.

The hotel falls short in terms of the gym facilities. Although the pool area and sports center offer a unique space for physical activities, the lack of modern equipment may not satisfy those seeking a high-intensity workout experience.

Great Xmas stay! We enjoyed the beautiful pool area and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the room was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the free wifi.
The parking was quite limited and the noise levels from the street could be a bit loud at times. we had some trouble with the air conditioning in our room but the staff worked quickly to fix the issue.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Kota Ambon, in a renovated area. There were many restaurants nearby, making dining options easily accessible. The room amenities were great, with a mini-bar and a comfortable sitting area. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the am/fm alarm clock was a nice touch. the service was top-notch and we had a truly enjoyable experience.
We highly recommend this place to others.
